Ch-Ch-Ch-Changes

Well, I thought that I had everything all set up for Memorial Day weekend at camp. The order was just about done, the worksheets and pull-thaw list...and then we booked a third group. Bigger numbers mean less labor-intensive food, so this menu is about to be tweaked. The other, much more fun, surprise is that when I get back from vacation I'll have a bathtub in place of my tiny shower stall!!
