We leave tomorrow for the Old Country, but won't arrive until Wednesday. Norway is nine hours ahead of Pacific time, and I am using that information to convince myself that it won't feel like an eternity in that cramped airline seat. On the way back to the States we have a five- hour layover in Copenhagen (home to this famous, bronze beauty) and will be able to venture out in search of authentic danishes.
