hey, is that a real newspaper? dumb question, duh it's a newspaper! what I mean is: Is it a published newspaper, as in a reporter came up and took your picture?

it's my mom's town's version of the town crier- nothing exciting. when people go on vacation, they take their picture with an issue of the enterprise and send it in to be published. it's like tom ping :)
