Oh Soy
Whenever I notice tofu in a store, I always think for some reason that I should buy it. I have purchased it twice in the past, seemingly for the sole purpose of providing a field trip to my refrigerator and trashcan. But not this time boy howdy! I found a recipes with green onions, garlic, tomatoes and feta that was actually really good.
