Our old apartment has been overhauled! Across the street there is a strip mall which has a Vons equipped with harbor parking, a Coffee Bean, Jersey Mike's, nail shop, smoothie place, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. They even turned Champs into a (sort of) fancy establishment. The times, they are a changin.

Love it, those were fun times!! Too bad I got asthma there. Thanks for sharing that with me. I miss living by the ocean, it was so amazing to be able to walk.
i wish i had thought to take pictures of the area before i was leaving- the dirty windshield doesn't do much for the shot.
