I believe Josh is right... but I think it's spelled: mulligatawnany, perhaps.
the correct answer is indeed mulligatawny.
newman's "ooohjambalaya" comes in at a close second.

does it bother anyone else that the soup pans are not all the way in the steamtables in this picture? what is underneath that would make them stick out like that?
