Mmmm...Necessary Gluttony



The coconut cookies that we make are not delicious if they sit around for very long. They cannot be rationed throughout the week. They must be eaten within two days!

It is so sad that they only get made once a year and that they all need to be consumed (because I can do that to a cookie) immediately.
