Christmas Already??

While making our Target plans over the phone on Tuesday, Jen mentioned that I would have to disappear for a bit while she bought my Christmas present- she had to talk to Jim, but wanted to give it to me right away. My mind's eye browsed through the store wondering what on Earth could be so exciting that it couldn't wait another month. Little did I know that the most exciting game ever lurked beneath the wrapping paper!

I chose the puffy shirt as my game piece.

We have already played four games. Thanks Jim and Jen!!!!! Now I just have to find some Seinfeld fans in Idyllwild...

The quality of this picture isn't great- mostly because I didn't have time to figure out the zoom on my phone. A month or so ago I was in my bedroom and something in the mirror caught my eye. There was a group of three deer walking on the trail behind my house.

Sweet Baby Lyric

Cassie and Alex's daughter, Lyric, was born on Tuesday and Sarah and I dropped in on Friday to visit. Cassie was on summer staff with us for three years. We loooove her.






Apple Jack and Lucy came along for the ride. Jack stopped his climbing, trucking and cartooning to pose for the camera.

Bob and I breezed through the Getty Villa on the day before his birthday. The weather was, of course, perfect and I'm happy any time I'm this close to the ocean.
